I've already have, tried 4 of your cookie recipies. There was a big water job going outside our house, and I baked each day different cookies for the workers and even I shared with some neighbors too.. everyone was so happy and smiling asking for more..that encouraged me to do more and that's why I did different cookie each day. i would recommend to only make an indent for the apple cookies and just melt the caramels in the microwave or stove. after baking the cookies, u can put the melted caramel in the indent that u made.. that way u don't make a mess plus it would turn out looking better. :) just a tip

Just made the cinnamon roll cookies. Oh my goodness. My boyfriend is gonna eat the whole batch tonight for sure ! These are amazing. Next week i will make the white chocolate cranberry cookie for my sons daycare teacher. If i leave out the pecans will it do anything to the cookie ?
