Papaya Cream, also known as "Creme de Papaya" in Portuguese, is a popular Brazilian delicacy made with vanilla ice cream and fresh papaya. Cassis liqueur is typically drizzled on top. You can also use Currant liqueur. It's a tropical and light dessert that can be made in a flash.
But there are 2 WARNINGS:
1. It should not be made ahead of time, as you will see if you watch the video all the way to the end.
2. Be ready for seconds!

Papaya Cream
2 cups papaya, about half of one papaya, cut into big pieces, skin and seeds removed
3/4 cup vanilla ice cream
Cream de Cassis or Currant liquor, to taste
Mint leaves, for garnish.
