I made this chocolate ice cream last night. It's so easy to make and so delicious, and the texture is excellent. Freezing it for about four hours, it became soft serve. Overnight, it became firm just like in the video. Excellent instructions. No nonsense format. Thank you for sharing.

I combined whipping cream and heavy whipping cream. Each container was 236ml, not quite enough for 2 batches... But i also used an entire can of can sweetened condensed milk (396g). We beat the heavy whipping cream and whipping cream for 5 minutes, it wasn't very stiff but it was foamy and light. We also used Ghirardelli chocolate, sweet ground chocolate and cocoa mixture.
