Made these cookies a couple of times following the recepie, but the next day they were brittle and dry, so I tried something different, and it worked like magic....I added a cup of almond flour and an extra egg, bake them same way and the results were a moist chewy cookies 🍪 that stays like that for days in the fridge😋

I love these cookies. The only thing different in the recipe I use is it's 3/4 cup of granulated sweetener instead. The other thing I do is after forking them I sprinkle a touch of rock salt on top before baking them. Adds a nice contrast to the cookie

I just made these and they are amazing! I baked them in my air fryer (bake mode) at 325 for 9 min and they were perfect. I also add a little more monkfruit, but not the 1/4 c that some people were adding. Thank you so much!

Mira I made these yesterday. Instead of the 1 cup of peanut butter I used The whole jar which was about a cup and a half So I increase sweetener by an appropriate amount but thought 2 eggs might be too much so I drizzled in some Walden Farms 0 cal Maple Syrup. Worked great and added a nice flavor. Love your channel. Merry Christmas!

@@matts.8342 Too much lactose for me. Heavy cream has more fat and almost no lactose compared to milk. And unsweetened almond milk, of course. I'm very sensitive to sugar. It makes my skin sore.

sunshinetsb1 I used her recipe. It's perfect. I put the monk fruit in the bullet and make powdered sugar with it all the time for my deserts. Today I made chocolate mousse with one avocado, two tablespoons of cocoa powder and a 1/4 cup powdered monk fruit. It's delicious!!!

These are delicious and easy! I recommend adding a little more salt to the recipe to bring out the peanut butter flavor. Also, the cookies feel really soft even after ten minutes or a little more in the oven. But they will firm up nicely as they cool. I would wait 10 min to even take them off the baking tray or they could break.

I made this for the first time and here are my thoughts. I LOVE the consistency of the cookie!!! I used monkfruit so next time I will make them a bit sweeter. Actually I am going to my parents house tonight and promised them peanut butter cookies so I am going to make them sweeter 😊 and give an update. The peanut butter cookie is very good, but I’m a sweet tooth so I know I need to use more monkfruit or maybe add some vanilla extract.

It took me dozens of tries until I could get a batch of these to turn out well. You make it look very easy. The kneading process is very laborious, and I find that cooking on low heat is crucial so that they don't come out super dry. It's worth it, though, in my opinion. It's a very keto-friendly cookie.

I try and try and try alllllllllll throughout the years , every single milk alternative known to man , spent bookoo money on the latest “plant based “ or nut milk and I’m sorry, but for me , absolutely NOTHING compares to the real thing baby ! It’s that creamy consistency that you spoke of that these stand -ins just can’t seem to duplicate. A lot of close contenders , but no cigar . Adding a splash of heavy cream is GENUIS !

I used single ingredient peanut butter. I used coconut sugar (powdered in the Bullet) and one large egg. They didn’t become as stiff when mixed. My wife and daughter loved them. I on Keto for 6 months. I lost 42 pounds. I love these cookies along with the chocolate mug cake. I’ve made 15 of them this month. Thanks.

The milk trick makes a huge difference 🙌 Allulose is less sweet and is also the best sugar substitute in my opinion. I use Truvia packets for drinks and smoothies but Allulose is great for baking👌

When I drank milk with regular cookies before going LC, I used to add ice to my milk. Don't know why I never thought about doing it to my coconut/almond milk with a splash of cream. Thanks for the idea. Cookies are yummy!
