This is the first time I have heard that people don't like the word 'moist'. I did a synonym search on it. There is not a single synonym that I would say conveys the same thought as moist. You would not say the brownie is soppy, or doused, or awashed! Maybe you would say it is sweltering? or waterlogged.? Of course, I only looked at one link. Maybe someone else has a word. I think moist is the best word choice .

Ok…I’m a professional chef and baker and it’s obvious to me because I have over 50 years of experience. When ever you’re making anything if you want consistency use portioning scoops. They range from baseball size all the way down to medium size marble size and that one makes the perfect bite size cookies, perfect for crumbly cookies. There’s basically two ways to smash peanut butter cookies. The main way is to dip the fork into ice cold water to make your hash tags. The second is to dip your fork into sugar or powdered sugar then press into cookie. If you get a little dough on the fork first then wipe it off it will leave a little peanut butter oil on it then the sugar or sugar substitute will stick. This will also solve this no sugar added recipe and will give the cookies a sweeter exterior but not add a bunch to the recipe and for maximum exterior sweetness put portioned cookie balls into sugar and coat all sides before placing on cookie sheet. This will also help the cookie not to stick to the wet fork. Next, if you want round pancakes you have to use flat pans. I know those pans were given to you by the sponsor but they suck. Cheap pans when cold are flat but when you heat them they rise up in the center making them impossible to not have a thinner batters stay round. Either use nice and thick cast iron, stainless steel or an actual pancake griddle because with one of those you can make maximum number of pancakes at once. Keep making videos keto twins😋

Hello Ladies!!! I have a 3 ingredient recipe for the peanut butter cookies that we love so I make them often. INGREDIENTS: • 1 Cup all natural crunchy peanut butter • 1 Egg • 1/2 Cup of Swerve INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer. 2. Roll dough into balls and place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. 3. Press down each cookie with your palm and then using a fork dipped in Swerve, gently criss cross each cookie (you have to keep dipping the fork in the Swerve for each cookie) I put the Swerve in a little plate to do this step. It helps so the fork doesn’t stick to the cookie dough. 4. Bake cookies for 10 minutes at 350° (they do burn easily so you may want to check them before the 10 minutes is up). 5. Cool for at least 10-15 minutes before moving them. NOTE: I always double the recipe because we really love them… And so do our 5 rescue dogs!!! 😂 ENJOY!❤

Egg loaf. Whisk four eggs. When even in color, whisk in one bottle of (vanilla) protein shake, like Quest. You can add about 10 drops of Stevia and a tsp vanilla extract but that’s four ingredients. Pour into a greased pan (8x8 or 9x9 or load). Sprinkle with cinnamon all over until the top is covered. Bake at 350 deg for approximately 30-35 minutes depending on the size of the pan. Kind of ends up like a custard that tastes like French toast. Also fun to try other flavors and brands of protein shake. Chocolate is great. I found a salted caramel and a cinnamon roll flavored shakes on Amazon that were yummy.

About separating eggs. There are several methods you might experiment with. 1) learn to crack an egg with one hand and drop the egg into the other hand and allow the white to slip through your fingers. 2) Tupperware had a little tool to crack the egg into that retained the yolk and allowed the white to drain out. They are often found at thrift stores, yard sales or eBay. They are little yellow spoons with slots in the bowl. 3) there is a pasta spoon that looks like a claw on the end of a handle. It has slots in it. Rest the spoon in a bowl, crack the egg into it, then lift the spoon and allow the white to drain.

Use non stick heated pan with olive oil, or bacon grease. Plop in pan like a pancake and when they start to bubble on edges( just like a pancake), flip over. Makes several depending on size you want. I make a big batch of dry ingredients and store in container. Then when you want just add eggs, cream and vanilla. Top with sf maple syrup and butter. @@HollieAyne Lily's chocolate chips have an aftertaste for me. I've switched to ChocZero chips. Their 70% Cocoa Chocolate squares chopped up are even better. Monk fruit. No stevia. And Madagascar vanilla beans. No tinkered-with "natural flavors" or unnecessary additives you often find in products.

For the peanut butter cookies, try lubricating the fork with water or oil so it doesn't stick to the cookies.

Wet your fork before you score the cookies to keep it from sticking. Try a pinch of cream tarter and don’t cook as long to help with crumbling.

I used to make a peanut butter cookie just like that but with One cup of sugar added. I got the recipe from my aunt that was gluten intolerant they were actually really good so you could probably add a little bit of Monk fruit to it if you prefer that. ☺️

When you press the cookie with the fork gently slide the fork backwards toward you out of the ridges instead of lifting up. Works like a charm. I’m going to try these first two recipes. I make the peanut butter cookies as a staple. I like them

I made a 2 ingredient peanut butter cookie using sugar free syrup and peanut butter, I used ChocZero, they were so good and not fragile. I made ice cream sandwiches out of them using cool whip! So amazing! The recipe is 1/2 cup creamy no sugar PB 3 Tbsp SF syrup In a bowl mix, mix, mix until you get a dough like consistency, form a ball, them pat down on pastry mat and cut out small cookie, roll and smash down with fork. So good!

Y’all need to try the Natures Hollow pancake syrup. Great flavor and thicker than the Lakanto brand. PS. I had the same problem with the pancakes not being circular😆

I made those before and add liquid stevia. I make a similar recipe regular peanut butter cookies for my family using a cup of sugar, cup peanut butter and an egg. That what gave me the idea to use the liquid stevia

You could always use wet, on second thought lol Maybe damp? Jk. Use moist. Who wants a dry cake. Love you guys!

They all seem like decent 2 ingredient recipes. I actually make the pancakes all the time. I use my dash skillet so they come out decently shaped and similar consistency. 🤣😂 Thanks for helping keep Keto fresh and fun for us all.

If you wet the fork before smashing the cookies that should help. Another KZbinr said they couldn't use the word moist either. Where is this coming from? There is nothing wrong with that word! It describes what you are talking about. Keto police and word police...sheesh!

I’ll keep using the word moist! There👏👏👏!

Once you pour the batter into the pan, use the back of a spoon and lightly spread it in a circle. This technique also helps with the evenness of the pancake.😊

Nicely done in the PB cookies, I add allulose and splenda as well as vanilla then store in the freezer. They won't crumble and very tasty.
