You have excited my taste-buds yet again, Sophie. I've always loved potatoes - my Grandfather grew a variety called Edsel Blue when I was a boy, boiled whole with a pinch of salt I could eat them like sweeties! We went up one year and he didn't have any due to a shortage of seeds, I almost cried! I haven't had them for almost 50 years but thinking of them has brought the taste back to me. Your recipes here are so inventive and adventurous, I'm almost salivating! I'll try them all.

My yearly visits to Europe always includes a stop in Germany. I usually travel two or three months, and follow no schedule or plans. I go wherever i want and stay as long as i want. The food in Germany is great and the people are welcoming especially in the rural areas. I found this channel and love how she enjoys cooking great food. I also like the voice over, but most of the people is complaining because miss Sophies stories is so interesting that people loose focus on the cooking lesson,some people find it hard to listen and watch the cooking preparation. I subscribed to a story telling channel that helps me sleep, but if miss Sophia made a separate channel for story telling I would definitely subscribe.
