Will the move still work if he has a grip on your gi while you have a 2 on 1 grip when executing the move ?

Thanks a lot! I would be interested in an explanation how to deal with the other hand of the opponent. Does it still work if the other one gets a grip with his left hand? If not, how can I move him into the right position while preventing his grip?

I assume you're asking about how to get into throwing position (ie do the kuzushi and tsukuri) when uke has a sleeve grip on your lead side? Unless they've locked out your elbow upward, you can generally circle your lead-side hand down and across as you pivot (sorta like ippon seoi). If your elbow is stuck above your shoulder, you have bigger problems but could try kata guruma to the opposite side as a bailout throw
