I am here with a delicious hash browns recipe that you can easily make at home. Potato hash browns are a great dish that is preferred as a light dinner or snack, especially in summer. It is extremely simple and practical to make. Mix the ingredients, fry them in a pan and your hash browns are ready!
📝 Ingredients:
3 patatoes
1 small onion
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons flour
Vegetable oil
👩‍🍳 Preparation steps:
1. Grate the potatoes and onion.
2. Add the egg, salt, black pepper and flour and mix well.
3. Fry in a pan with a little oil over a low heat until browned on both sides.
