Thanks Liz, my girls are both hypermobile so will pass this on to them. I didn’t think about the extra band work or similar, that is needed to build that muscle. Always just thought to be careful to not overextend when doing weight work, something else to work on. Great video!

Thanks this is really good advice! I've been getting sore traps and neck from lifting. I'm going to drop the weight again. My toddler is still waking up every night :(. I've been doing well with body weight exercises but just started dumbbells in the last few weeks
