Thank you sharing these recipes. They were easy to follow and make. I was born in Korea and lived in the U.S for 44 years. My mother never showed me how to make these dishes because she doesn't use a recipe. My kids love korean food so I'm glad I can have these recipes to refer to when I want to make it for them.

Aeri's Kitchen I've made your spinach side dish several times and I made the potatoe, onion and carrot side dish last night for my daughter. She's vegan diy she wasn't able to eat any of my Easter dinner so I made several side dishes for her to eat with rice. She loved them.

📕Recipe Tips: - If you want to add nuts for the dried anchovy side-dish, you can reduce the amount of the dried anchovy and replace it with your desired nuts. Sliced almonds, walnuts, and peanuts are good for it. - To make a non-spicy version of stir-fried dried anchovy side, you can simply skip the red hot pepper in this recipe. - If you cook the dried anchovy side on high temperature, your anchovies can become like hard candy (Because of the corn syrup and sugar), so be aware of it.

Merry Christmas to you, the cute boys and the whole family. The holidays are truly best when spent with loved ones and home-cooked food. Our traditional Christmas dinner always have a pasta dish with both tomato-based and cream-based sauces, pineapple glazed ham, a chicken dish (this Christmas, I cooked chicken and cheese rolls braised in tomato sauce) and a dessert. I'm 4 months pregnant so I'm still having a hard time in the kitchen so I can't spend the day preparing and cooking. In the earlier months, I struggled from the scent of onion, garlic and ginger (which I normally love) so sharing quick and easy side dishes are very helpful. Thank you for these wonderful recipes I can add to our daily meals. I really appreciate them. More blessings to you and your family.

Aeri's Kitchen Oh no.. Really? I just think your little Korean lesson in between cooking is fun. You know when you say, "Now add a little salt.." then we say, "Sogeum." together. Haha. I think it adds a character to your channel. But I totally respect your choice. Looking forward to more easy-to-make make recipes from you (because I'm a novice hehe). Have a great week!

Oh.. you can use normal sized anchovies too.. I recommend you to remove heads and guts inside of the normal sized dried anchovies if they are big.. :)
