ℹ️FYI: 🌶 For the Spicy Stir-fried Fish Cake Side: 1. Keep it in the refrigerator and serve it cold. You can keep it for up to 2 weeks. 2. You can use water instead of cooking wine. 3. You can replace corn syrup with sugar or honey. 🍳 For the Rolled Egg Side: 1. For a prettier looking egg, it is important to use a very small amount of oil to fry it. I like to wipe the pan with an oiled paper tower to better control the amount of the oil, but this restaurant version of a rolled egg uses a generous amount of oil for better flavor rather than a nicer looking egg. 2. It tastes the best to eat it in the same day you cook it. 🥕 For the pickled Korean Radish Side: 1. Store it in the refrigerator, and the radish will be ready to eat in 2-3 days. 2. White vinegar tastes the best for this side, but you can use other vinegar. 3. Carrot is more for color than flavor, so you can skip it or just use smaller amount.

Aeri! We had a Korean BBQ feast for my daughter's birthday. We went to the Korean market and got marinated meats, japchae, kimbap, seaweed salad, fish cakes, bok choy kimchi, lettuce, garlic, shredded green onions, and sammjang. It was all SO DELICIOUS. Oh and I had yellow pickled radish for the first time and I LOVE IT. I could eat Koran BBQ everyday 😁😁😁

Hi Aeri!!! I'm so excited because they opened an HMart only 20 minutes away from my house!!! Now I can go more often and I don't have to drive 45 minutes. And they also have korean fast food restaurants in there too. I bought LA kalbi and seafood pancake yesterday. I like your side dishes. Here are the links for you. 1. My John Boos Cutting Board: amzn.to/2nHQPZc I love my cutting board, it is pricy..but it is worth to invest for something good. 😉 2. Hot pepper powder is different from cayenne powder.. spicier and just taste different.. with this hot pepper powder we make gochujang.. so it is also totally different from gochujang for flavor ..
