What's you gameplan Zachary? That's awesome that you decided to make a change. I think everyone should strive for their dreams, but it's always good to have something lined up, even if it's just a plan. Quitting your job, and THEN figuring out what you'll do is not a good idea (done that). Quitting your job because you have an idea that you think might just work, is better (done that too). Obviously if you have something perfect lined up, that's ideal, but also unlikely to happen. So don't wait around for something perfect to come along, instead, make a plan, and go for it. Keep working until it IS perfect (spoiler: it'll never be perfect, so you're gonna have to keep on working)

The part where Casey speaks about how you have to keep going no matter what was quite interesting. Had a graduate of my school come back to speak to current students about his startups and how he used all his saving and they all failed. And he worked so hard and everything just failed each time. Ended up getting on a project that ended up being KZbin and it was so crazy to hear about how defeating it is, but now this guy is happy and living a great life because he kept going. Determination and perseverance are key.

I partially disagree with it being "extremely tough" to get big on KZbin. Whilst on the most part, that's true, it does require immense work, there are quite a few youtubers (No names being mentioned) who literally just need to be good looking and post low quality, uninteresting daily vlogs and still get millions of subscribers from fangirls. Also applies to "pranksters" who mostly fake pranks for views and subscribers. That's not taking away from all the youtubers who have worked hard to get to where they are, though.
