Keep in mind, the subsequent37 is the improved sub37. A bit different, more capable.

@All You Need Is Live Why would anyone argue about adding reverb? I have heard about this kind of "complaints" on other channels also, multiple times. What is wrong with adding reverb? You want to create the sound that you like and you are afraid that the people will not like the fact that you added reverb? What a stupid thing! Do not mind them! I am very picky when it comes to music, but the reverb sounds so good when added in the right amount, on the right sounds and at the right time! The volume of your voice is set to high in comparison with the sound of the synth. KZbinrs need to learn a bit about the sound of their videos also, not only about the video.
@audioreakt3 жыл бұрын
two things, first sometime people want to hear the RAW sound of the synth, also if use effect that you don't have, then it's frustrating because you might get a different result...reverb can alter the sound a lot too, like changing it (if you put too much reverb on it)... Here it's different because I am not reviewing a synth but creating a preset but I understanbd people can get frustrated if you recreate the preset but can't get the sound because you don't have the distortion or delay or reverb I used in the video... I agree with you on a nice subtle amount of reverb is perfect, because IMO it truly reveal how a synth can sound/react.. About the voice volume, you're right I could have put the audio of the synth louder...

I've seen "Preset Salesman" use a Ventris adding the reverbs hold drones and other tonal effects when the sound you hear is 70% Ventris and 30% subsequent 37. The people pay for the presets and then find out they have to spend another $429 on a Ventris to even get close to the sound with the adjusted preset of the Ventris used. A lot of newbies don't understand that and get ticked off because they paid for sounds they'll never get.
