Firemen and policemen are people so there is no needs to herald their safety over that of the other people you already said had been put into harms way. It is a lie that firemen and policemen have dangerous occupations... quite the contrary. In fact, MOST of their decisions are based on protecting themselves even if it means others lose their lives. Stop using Hollywood as your source of information about the real world you live in.

So when youre pulled over for speeding, you should be charged for attempted murder of every pedestrian you passed and "could of" hit? Also, read the statute for attempted murder. This is no where even remotely close to it.
@cartertwowheels33582 жыл бұрын
@@governmentghost01 manslaughter is exactly what it would be. Yes you do get charged for manslaughter if you're driving dangerously or racing on a public road and kill someone. Although completely different circumstances with speeding it would need to be proven that you lost control of your vehicle or that your actions caused the accident. As pedestrians often don't look while crossing roads etc. More a time and place thing. I don't speed often but if I do it's on quiet country roads with no schools shops houses or sidewalks (this massively reduces the number of people and cars) to be fair most of these roads are too twisty to exceed the limit anyway. Lighting an explosive and dumping it in a room full of explosives and people hmmm. I don't know a single person who hasn't exceeded the speed limit. Oh yes, you can see the uncensored video on KZbin. What gets me, is the screams….and sudden silence that follows. At one point you see a person leaping from the burning building, hair 100% engulfed in flames. That video needs to been seen at least once, to get a freaking appreciation of the fire code, what “crush” looks like, and why over packing a building above max capacity is a BAD idea. Look up “The Coconut Grove” and “The Iroquois Theater Fire”. The Iroquois changed theater fire safety forever, and the Coconut Grove changed restaurant and small venues fire standards as well. The fire code is not written in ink, it’s written in blood.

I was at the remains of the station night club fire 1 week after it happened. Such a tiny venue, you can't imagine 😢.
