【Potato Salad】
馬鈴薯 Potato-1個
明太子 Mentaiko-15g
美乃滋 Mayonnaise-2大匙
蔥花 Scallion
海苔絲 Shredded nori

白飯 Steamed rice-1碗
明太子 Mentaiko-30g
奶油 Butter-2小匙
白芝麻 White sesame
蔥花 Scallion
蛋黃 Yolk-1顆
【Tamagoyaki】
雞蛋 Eggs-3個
明太子 Mentaiko-15g
日式高湯 Dashi-80cc
披薩起司 Pizza cheese-50g
明太子 Mentaiko-30g
Preparation-Mentaiko
(1) Put a sheet of parchment paper on the cutting board
(2) 4 pieces of mentaiko
(3) Butterfly cut the mentaiko
(4) Scrape out the cod roe and discard the membrane
(5) Put it in a plastic bag
Potato Salad
(1) 1 Potato, peel off the skin and cut into thick slices
(2) Steam it for 8 minutes
(3) 1/2 cucumber, cut into thin slices
(4) 1/8 onion, cut into thin slices
(5) Put cucumber and onion slices in a bowl and add 1/2 tsp of salt
(6) Mix it well and marinate it for 10 minutes
(7) 8 minutes later, take out the steamed potato and mash it
(13) Squeeze out excess juice released from cucumber and onion slices and put them into mashed potato
(14) Cut off the tip of plastic bag loaded with mentaiko
(15) Add 15g of mentaiko
(16) 30g of mayonnaise and mix it well
(17) Plating, finally, sprinkle some shredded nori
Tamagoyaki
(1) 3 eggs
(2) Add 15g of mentaiko and mix it evenly
(3) 80cc of dashi and mix it well
(4) Drizzle 1/2 tsp of oil in a tamagoyaki pan
(5) Put to medium low heat
(6) Wipe off excess oil
(7) Add 1 ladle of egg mixture and spread it evenly
(8) Shut off the stove
(9) Add 2 sheets of sliced cheese
(10) Add 1 strip of mentaiko
(11) Turn on the stove again
(12) Roll the egg toward handle
(13) Apply some oil in the pan
(14) Slide the egg roll to the front
(15) Repeat the step
(16) Wrap the egg roll up with a sheet of kitchen paper and cool it off
(17) Cut the egg roll (tamagoyaki)into suitable size of pieces
(18) Decorate some mentaiko and scallion rings on top of tamagoyaki
Stirred-rice
(1) 30g of butter
(2) 30g of mentaiko and mix it well
(3) Add (1)(2) mixture into a bowl of 1 bowl of steamed rice
(4) Some salt and pepper, mix it well
(5) Top it with scallion rings
(6) Sprinkle some white sesame
(7) Put an egg yolk on top
