I would buy this just because of the preparation behind the dish, its something to eat food directly from a pan but its another thing to enjoy the food someone gave special attention to present to you

He and his wife gave me my second best dinner experience ever. But a big part of that was the simplicity in the extravagance, the warmth and relaxing Therese gave us; seldom at this level. But mainly how Jonnie presented the products 'pure'.and quick. This vid. isn't touching his genious and quality. Maybe it does the opposite? Wish everybody could go there and dine at their 'library' to take in the relaxest atmosfere 3 star ever had.

@@janwillemkers2923 That means about 800 dishes cooked and plated up in one evening. Considering that each of them takes a good few minutes to get it ready for service, it's really impressive if that's a truth.

Have you ever eaten sashimi or any other type of sushi? Any sort of shellfish can easily be eaten raw, especially the sweet fresh ones from Europe!!! And based on what I'm seeing, this is meant to be a cold dish. For hot dishes, there are heat lamps involved, not to mention several different chefs who are involved in plating so that five or six plates of this can come out in the space of only a few minutes. In other words, cold dishes come to you fresh and cold, and hot dishes come out to you still steaming gently.

no surprise there, the institutions commissioning this stuff aren't spending their own money, and are likely to be following 'big names'. they are going to get people who have a lot of hype these days usually earned through gimmickry. what a nonsensical dish full of pointless frippery which is going to be bland by definition as none of the ingredients have any discernible flavour ie cabbage, tree oil etc.
