Coach E. This is plus plus education. Powerful. You are aware and teaching everyday folk about: Neuromuscular activation term to describe the connection between the nervous and muscular systems, or how they work together to strengthen that connection. This connection occurs naturally at the neuromuscular junction, where the nervous system sends electrical impulses to the muscle to signal contraction and movement. A +++.

I would be interested in gaining more insight as to how this might be optimally programmed into a wholistic routine: I.E. Myofascial Release first, then Muscle Activation, Stabilization, Mobilization, MAP's, lastly physical training ( cals, primal/animal moves, weights) then sports/dance/acrobatics?

Unable to perform side bridge without putting opposite hand on floor behind me for leverage, and even then it's a chore. Should I not do this unless I can copy your form?

Is there another exercise besides the planks that I can do? I had rotator cuff surgery 2 years ago and it doesn't tolerate planks too well. I have adapted it in the past. However, I fell recently on the opposite shoulder and the doctor told me not to do planks right now.

@@PrecisionMovementCoach I will try that. With the rotator cuff surgery, I could adapt it that way. I will try that again. I know that I need to strengthen that area. I've been working on the lower body due to a clicking hip and IT band strain. Thanks for getting back to me!
