In High Noon, I save scum until I find the spot in the game where I can leave my car to easily grab it and chase Pulaski in it (it took me 5 reloading saves later to find the optimal position that wasn’t too far, but wasn’t too close that it despawns it)

In Gray Imports there is an opportunity to kill arms dealer without any pursuit. You just need to come closer to the wall on the left side of the passage and choose the right angle that you can shoot him and stay surprisingly unseen

For Grey Imports, just ruch the room with the target ahooting a sub-machine gun and you can catch target before he leaves room..if you storm the room with an AK-47 you can shoot target from top of stairs.

If you have a sniper rifle on Gray Imports you can snipe the arms dealer without going into the room where he is, just stand just outside the room and try to get an angle on him, if you can scope his arms legs or anything with a few shots, he dies | don't go into the room or he'll start to run

The third one is OK but the first two have quite downsides . 1. The bike gets way too damaged before we reach the reporter/(idk what he is) 2.when we jump on water body ,we have to make sure no one catches us (see us) , and if you jump before getting into water body , you may be found

If you want to kill pulaski that hack is very hard to do, there's an easy way. Just save the bullets of Gatling gun in the mission in where you steal a helicopter sky crane. Then use it in the mission to kill pulaski. Just shoot the car of pulaski with gatling gun. And the bug will occur The car will not explode it will force pulaski to get out of the car and walk like other npc. And he will not shoot you😂 ez kill. No need to chase😂
