I just did a similar build on mine. A&A kit with Ti trim and 3.8 pulley, long tubes, X-pipe, no cats, NO METH. I went with a full LT4 fuel system with low/High pumps and injectors and it made 645 WHP on 93 with a conservative tune and would easily do 700+ with a flex fuel kit and E50 but im happy where its at, i dont want to push my luck. My stock LT1 fuel system was only able to do 598whp maxed out losing pressure so i see why most people stop around 550.

Great video! Just what I was looking for. I'm in Denver with a 2014 C7 Stingray (7 spd, non-Z-51) and doing the same 3 mods. Not exactly the same. A&A V3-Si (not Ti) supercharger kit w/loud (not quiet) blowoff valve, American Racing 1 7/8" (not 2") long tube headers & X-tube WITH cats (we have fairly strict emissions testing in the metro area), and the Alky Meth Injection kit. I'll let you know how it dyno's when I'm done. My appointment w/the installer/tuner is 8/21/17. It'll be interesting to see differences in the numbers considering the altitude difference. Keep up the good work and keep the videos comin' !

Most people I know are getting about 630 rwhp on a dyno jet with AA 3.8 Ti, catless LT headers x pipe, and alky control meth. 700 seems high! And also 10k is a gross understatement. the parts alone are 8k. Labor from most shops is going to run around 20-22 hours for all three of those mods and forced induction tuning with HP credits- that will be another 3k. Not including the fact that you need to get new wheels and racing slicks (another 3k) to be able even to drive it safely after the mods.

I actually replicated this build with a 2017 and used the same shop, same dyno and make 675whp. 10k was on the buts when this was made. This was years ago. Everything is obviously more expensive now.

Your altitude definitely makes a difference. Youd probably be another 25 to 50 more hp at lower elevations

James Turner nope. It did drop a piston on a dyno because someone let it run out of methanol. Not the cars fault

just ordered my AA with the bigger BOV for my 2015 A8 C7. Have you ever compared the difference? Its my wifes daily car and want to show off a little but yours sounds totally stock - dont even hear your Vortech TI. FYI. I did my due diligence before I ordered my AA but mainly for the ramair Intercooler and billet upgraded tensioner

Awesome!! You're going to love it! It's hard to hear in the video but the BOV actually makes more noise than the blower... You hear the blower only really in heavy boost. I have heard the louder BOV and it's really loud. It's just a matter of opinion if it drives you nuts or not. I probably could've lived with it.

Will the bigger BOV make as much noise on an automatic? Hmm??? I was told by AA the bigger valve does not have the noise suppressor either. Worst case is Ill sell the bigger one later if we dont like it. I just dont want the flutter sound. Ill be sure and share my dyno numbers without METH later. Currently our 2015 C7 A8 w/ catted 1-7/8 Kooks & a tune picked up 60hp and makes 398rwhp on a roadforce DynoDynamics dyno (bone stock it made 391 on an unloaded DynoJet).

Hi there, I have a 2016 Stingray Z51, which chip is a good plug and play you'd suggest that has great quality and best reviews? I've seen some that will get it from 460hp to 500hp but I'm still a little skeptical on those that run about $250 only. Would love your input. Everything else on the car is stock and only has about 5k miles on the car as well. It's the 7speed manual trans.

I’d spend the 5-600 and have it tuned professionally. It really makes a huge difference for dialing in your specific car.

All of the corvettes have them on the manual cars it’s the rev match control. Just turns auto rev matching off and on.

M & M Adventures it was all over the place when the temperature was below 50. I did have some 305 Michelin 4s on it that did a good job 2nd gear through 7th. But only the drag radials will hook it in 1st gear.

Everything total was 10K that was parts and labor. I think the supercharger alone install was 800-1000$ if I brake it down.

GeneralMeyhem22 there are tons of C7’s running this combo. I tend to lean more aggressively with my tune. It has no problem with the power. Stock cam, stock pistons. Longevity may be hindered a bit

Ok, well you might want to consider forged pistons since the stock lt1 pistons are weak. Do It With Dan, on his corvette with a ecs 1500 and full exhaust, pushing 550 to the wheels, actually cracked one of his pistons.

As long as you know the risk. This has been done to these for a few years now and there are guys with 30K miles on them with no issues. That being said you have to really watch your tune and how much psi you run. I am pushing the limits a bit with where I'm at.

I bought the car used for 42K plus 10K is 52K, can't touch a Z06 for that, even used. Even if it were close in price, I still got a higher whp car for my money and don't have to worry about the heat soak issues that come with the stock blower on the Z06.

Ya, cooling system is stock and is fine. These blowers produce a lot less heat than the top mount style like on a Z06.

Not sure why you're implying losing boost is a bad thing. Boost is just pressure. Less boost while making same power is a good thing. Too much pressure will cause more wear and tear on your engine.

Great car, Great video, Do you ever have a clearance issue with the Kook's Long Tube headers compared to when she was at stock exhaust manifolds? Second, How much H.P/Torque gains do you feel that the Alky Control gives you with the methanol? How often do you have to refill methanol (windshield reservoir) ? I am looking at a Z51 Stingray and going with a Procharger Centrifugal Supercharger and love the results you have achieved. So the AA might be my choice as of now. What kind of boost are you running at with your stock bottom end such as piston's, rod's and crank?

Aresfire2 no clearance issues whatsoever! The car put down an additional almost 100hp with the methanol. I dyno'd low 600 to the tire without it.

Aresfire2 how much you fill depends on how you drive it. I can get 2-3 tanks of gas on one gallon of methanol. I'm pushing 11psi all stock internals.
