The Opentopia really hit close to home for me. Over a year ago, I lived in a very sketchy part of Texas just outside of McKinney - that was full of crime cover ups, dumped bodies, sex offenders, kidknappers and corrupt police. When I moved it, we were very quick to notice that someone was stalking our house, so I bought security cameras. It wasn't long until I realized someone was watching me and my family through the cameras. They'd even switch between cameras throughout my house depending on where I went or which way I was facing. I contacted customer service who advised me to change my account info. But after doing so, someone still got in. In a customer service chat, they even started replying as me in the chat to the agent. I immediately unplugged all the cameras and haven't used them since.

I can tell you exactly how opentopia works, because I have had apps on my phone that I've used to do the same thing since like 2004. When you connect an IP camera to the internet, the IP address of the camera becomes public. There are a few different websites that simply just catalog all the public IP addresses. There are ways to filter those IPs down to cameras. Now, there are other websites, a bit harder to find, that do the same thing. But they take it one step further. When an IP is added, the site automatically sends a login attempt using different known default names and passwords for popular camera makers. If the login attempt is successful, the color of the IP changes to green, letting you know it's, essentially, open for viewing. All you have to do is go down the list and add the IPs to a program designed to view ip cameras. Then you can sign in and have full control. You can hear audio, speak, move the camera, anything that the camera is capable of doing. I used to spend a lot of time watching this one Indian restaurant in Kolkata, managed to find about five cameras inside the same store. I don't really watch these feeds anymore, but I will say, there are a surprising number of open cams at what seem to be air bnb spots. They'll be vacant for a while, but every time someone is there, it's a different person. And I'll also tell you that most of those cameras are in bedrooms and living rooms. So next time you get an air bnb, just be conscious of what you do. Because people ARE watching. In summary, if your cameras in your home can be viewed by you outside of your house, then they can potentially be viewed by anyone. Most of us use an app designed by the manufacturer that gives us a pretty interface and makes using the camera easier, but every camera that connects to the internet also has an IP portal you can use to view it in a browser. Find out the PUBLIC ip address of your camera (Google how), then open a browser and type that public ip in. You want the public one, not the one that starts with 192.x.x.x Sometimes it'll prompt you to login, sometimes these ip forms don't even HAVE security at all and you go straight to the feed

I did a report about them awhile back for a Cyber Security class I was taking. I remember I even found a camera sitting right in front of a babies crib. The triangle formed from the letters of "abracadabra" is a variation of a spell to banish negative energy, and the repetition of "AZ" probably has to do with the fact that they are the first and last letters of the modern alphabet (something like "alpha" and "omega" in the Greek one) and would signify the beginning and the end or perhaps the name Azazel, which is sometimes used as the name of the Angel of Death. Me and my friends live together and we used to have a camera in our flat for safety reasons- but only for a little while. The camera was connected to wifi and its little head could be moved around 180 degrees through an app. It was sitting in a corner from where the entrance of the flat, the kitchen and 2 bedroom doors could have been seen. One day all of us who had access to the camera through the app were sitting in the kitchen just talking and eating, casual day. One moment we all heard the electronic sound of the camera moving. We looked that way and we sat still, even frozen, as we saw the cam casually looking around in our flat. As it stopped moving we all freaked out, plugged the cam out and immediatly searched for an answer online where we found a page similar to the one mentioned in the video. We just could not believe it that for months who knows how many people were watching us 24/7, even moving our camera around. My friends told me that previously sometimes they heard the camera moving around but considering not everyone was home at those times they just assumed that I would be the one looking around the flat while I am bored at university and sometimes they even waved. Turns out they were waving to complete strangers around the world. So yeah after the incident we put the camera out of service and to the deepest corner of our closet. Stay safe guys

The highlighted letters ( *I* and *R* , both with a *9* below them) are equidistant when considering the alphabet straight and backwards, and the number 9 is special in this branch of numerology because it actually has the same numerical value as 0, so all 9s and all combination of numbers with sum 9 can be crossed out. I could also go on about the importance of 9 in gematria/kabbalistic numerology and in norse numerology but that would make this comment even longer lmao. 4:09 I think this is a line from Mahabaratha, a really important religious text for the Hindu beliefs. For context on why this phrase was put there, I believe (and am probably wrong lmao) it was Krishnamurti who once said something among the lines of "you are a god, and I am also a god. The difference between us is that I know that I'm a god, while you don't." I think these are related. Didn't really get anything else from this site and not really feeling like checking it on my own, but like, all I can say is that you visited the website with a christian mindset, while the "god" the site seems to be proving is not the abrahamic god, but a much bigger concept, that of a faceless, incomprehensible creating force which permeates all reality (like the veils of negative existence from kabbalah or the primordial netjer from Egyptian mythology)

As a math junkie, I have been to the first site quite a few times due to the link between it and mathematical theories, and though there are definitely mathematical links in navigating it, I don’t get why anyone would get all wigged out claiming it was some “cursed” site (one of the theories on it) or that it is written by a mathematical genius that went insane. It's presumably numerology. It's not "gibberish" per se, but numerology is basically just an exercise in retrospectively making as many numerical connections as possible. Ones that aren't really there. So whatever the fuck he saw when he was creating it, there's no guarantee anyone else is ever going to see the same thing, and if you're going to read it you can't just read it, you'll need to read it as numbers. Numerology is not predictive so predicting what he meant with any degree of certainty is going to be next to impossible.

It’s a fairly simple cipher, from what was shown. 1=A, 2=B, 3=C, etc. etc. Add the numbers from passages in the Bible, then split apart the solution (like 54 = 5(E), 4(D), for example) in an attempt to create new passages or ways to interpret the religious texts. This is obviously a very simplified explanation, but it seems to work when I tried it in the screenshots I saw.
