On the last exercise (rotational) after you have stepped back and loaded in the top of the swing bring your front foot back to join the back foot and then take a step forward and then swing through. This encourages your body to move your weight forward at impact and also trigger weight movement before down swing. Learnt this from a long drive champion years ago. 👍

30 seconds would be a solid starting point - focus on controlling breathing and engagement so position doesn't slip.
