Evening, I finally open the box after having the machine for three year's😃, I have the Bother XR3774, I'm new to sewing and the videos have proven to be helpful. Can you recommend a good fabric for making mask? And are there any some patterns? All the fabric store are also closed in the Detroit area😪. Thanks.

At 75 I am trying to learn how to sew!! Thank you for these wonderful instructions. Question: I am having difficulty with my spool of thread . It keep wobbling. Is there special spool thread that is needed. This machine is brand new, so I don't know what is needed. Any help would be greatly appreciate. FYI I called support at Brothers but no help

Make sure the stick that holds the thread is pulled all the way up!

True to you show me how to put the foot back on took it off by mistake can’t get it back on

Raise the presser foot lever. Place the foot directly underneath. Then lower the presser foot lever. It should grab automatically!

Don’t really like this needle threader. Difficult for arthritic hands. Had a (more expensive) Brother SE 400 machine that died, but I loved that machine & the needle threader was fantastic! Guess you get what you pay for.
