Hey Scotty, I'm a huge fan, junior mechanic. My last vehicle was a lifted 95 blazer I bought with 173000 miles on it. Original engine and transmission, i drove it for 5 years until it had 287000 miles on it when I was in an accident. Is it normal, from your experience, for these blazers to last this long? I changed oil every 3000 miles and checked oil and coolant level every week, didn't leak a drop.

I would replace the Supra Turbo and C4 Vette with the 94-96 Honda Prelude VTEC and the e39 5 series BMW The Supra Turbo costs as much as a used Ferrari now -it’s out of everyone’s range and over hyped for what it is-give me an NSX or Ferrari Spyder if I’m spending that kind of $ The C4 is super uncomfortable in normal driving conditions-it’s a track car or only smooth roads car period. Lots of cheap parts-rattles a lot etc. Stiff. 96 LS-4 with a 6 speed is a fast car no doubt -nice torque etc ….but it’s not really balanced When it comes to best user older cars in this era (one of the best eras) I’m about 2 things first -balance and feel and mix that with dependability. The 94-96 Honda Prelude VTEC is one of the best feeling cars ever -looks amazing and is super dependable. Funner and better feeling and looking car than the 5th Gen. E39 BMW 5 series are easy to work on, have impeccable feel and balance, look great and can be had for good $. Interiors are stunning.

He literally showed my 3 favorite weekend cars. Been looking at C5s or a Miata for the past 4 years. Too bad my budget won't allow it.
I had a 99 Miata in the same green. I wanted more power so I sold it to buy an 04 Mazdaspeed MX5 (turbocharged from the factory). Then I added a lot of aftermarket parts so it puts out about 200 whp. Miatas are "momentum" cars meaning they don't have to surrender as much speed in the corner as more powerful cars do. I watched two Miatas go around the track at Road Atlanta four seconds faster than a Corvette Grand Sport with 500 hp (modified).

I love how he goes straight into the video. Instead of wasting time on a intro, he instead uses that time to cram ACTUAL useful information.

Just found a 1991 F250 Diesel for a thousand. Body perfectly solid. Fixed the starter switch and it's a runner

My wife and I had 2017 Miata for a few years. It's blast, got better MPG that the rating, was flawless when delivered. Unfortunately we needed something we could more people. We replaced the fun Miata with a more practical, fun 2019 Mazda 6 Signature turbo. Not as much fun in the twisties but it's way more refined, faster, and like the Miata, came with no defects. Mazda builds fun to drive cars and SUVs that don't break anymore.

Pull A part in Nashville Tn will not sell a car. I seen a very nice 1996 Buick Century in the yard. All complete with only 80,000 miles. They told me they can not sell a car once it is in the yard.

Ask them what law requires such a policy.

Miatas corner great. Very well balanced. Very fun. I didn't know you could pick them up so cheap. I used to sell them new.

I've recently bought a turbo 1990 eunos roadster. Electric windows still work heating and AC still works. Toyo proxies tires only £70 a set. Drilled, grooved and vented sports discs with sports pads. Only £119 for all four corners

I love the open timing belt... what could possibly go wrong?

Just don't wear your shirt tie when inspecting where the squeak from the belt is coming from. 😣😮😋

Just look for the mechanic with a few fingers missing, that'll be him...
