Why can’t i use this on my brown press. It would be cheaper.

@@olehemlock you don’t need a 3” pin kit for brown colored presses, the brown presses would use the 3” Block Kit. Only older green presses used the pins only mounted through a welded hole, the brown presses used a solid aluminum block mounted via bolts. The older 2.5” aluminum blocks can’t be upgraded to 3” pins. You have to use a wider 3” block to give the finger a base to sit on when using the wider pins!

@@LCArchery That was a quick repose , thank you. I ordered the new block and Mathews Fingers for my brown press from Lancaster. I was going through install videos and found this one. The install video for new block looks easy. The hardest part will be getting the draw board removed from the EZ press. It is really stuck in there.

@@LCArchery Watched the video on the install of the 3” block kit. Loosened the bolts on the original 2 1/2 blocks. Removed the draw board pushed the blocks to the inside of the press and retighten. Now the draw board slides in and out like it suppose to🤣🤣🤣🤣 The draw board install video doesn’t show this, maybe consider doing a revised video.

@@olehemlock the plate on the inside of the press might have been installed slightly too far to one side, not leaving enough room for your draw board bracket. Glad to hear you got it fixed up.

You do not. This said, the additional width is helpful.
