Great video. I know the two older books, and am starting to watch Assassinado on KZbin. Learning is important, and while there are changes to the game, I think that properly applied old school ideas are really worthwhile! Thanks again!

Easy Game is a must read. Equity, aggression, relative hand strength., opponents very best fold & nuts to air ratio. Plus more. It's got it all.

Harrington book on modern tournaments is still number one. He breaks down the hands and tells what to do at each level,of a tournament. Every hand revealed by Gus Hansen is incredible and reveals his thoughts on every bet. For aggro play only. Any training book by Jonathan Little can’t be omitted. These are my top three.

If I am dying I may not feel up to reading three poker books. What good would it do me after death?

Poker Power Hold'em Strategies by Daniel Negreanu would be my choice (instead of this Alexander Fitzgerald book).

weird how Aces on the River never made anyone's list

It's more like a biography of a poker player than a book about poker. It's good, Barry's life is nice
