My doctor says I have "hypertension" and wants me on meds. I prefer "natural" remedies. This is the best presentation I've seen! ❤

It really works! Had my lowest readings for 5 years and I'm on medication, which have never achieved these results. Not sure how long it lowers it fir but will monitor and if BP high can use this to instantly lower it. Thank you.

There’s a video where a doctor sits still and takes very deep breathes for five minutes and it lowers his blood pressure, I’ve tried it and it works, I can’t wait to try these pressure points, maybe do all thes all day to keep it down, I hope.

Yeah I had to bin my blood pressure machine for this exact reason, I was obsessed with it, doing it until I got numbers under 130. My anxiety just makes it go into the 150s-160s I try not think about it at all

I was very skeptical but I followed along with your video in real time. My veins were protruding out my skin before the video, so I wanted to see if my blood pressure was an issue. First of all, massaging those three areas felt amazing. I didn't even know that they were tight until I started following your steps. Second of all, by the time I finished the video, my veins went back to normal. Idk if that means this helps, but it sure feels like it did. Next time, I will take my blood pressure before and after. Either way though, it really felt relieving and I am grateful for your video!! It was very easy to follow, informative, and straight to the point. I saw on another video that when you're doing something that changes the way your body works you'll get a reaction such as a yawn, or you'll have to stretch or your body will have to readjust somehow to reorganize itself to the changes that you have just made. It doesn't always happen, but it usually happens when a big change happens. After your third demonstration I felt in extreme need to Ian and I also felt quite a lot of sensitivity in the area I was massaging it. You may have hit the jackpot!

I am glad I discovered your site. I made the garlic and ginger tea and my pressure went as low as 117/69) My doctor is so anxious to prescribe something even though the insert small print states Losartan would do little for my population.

@@davidmorris6278 Actually I cheated. have issues with my mobility so I had to use what I had had ie: dried organic ginger about teaspoon, I had fresh garlic (a few cut up cloves) and 3/4 fresh lemon in about 8 oz of hot water maybe a bit of local honey

Wow! Big thank you for this tip doc. Very much useful to me cause my wife was 27 and she already had a BP problem! Actually, yesterday she was having a mild stroke! My questions are: 1. Is it okay to apply those methods as a first aid while on attack? 2. Can we apply multiple methods at the same time? 3. How much pressure do I need to apply? Take her to A proper Cardiologist or A&E In emergency. She can have stroke brain haemorrhage or die. Stop and decrease Salt intake. Control your blood pressure by diet and exercise

Is it possible to work these point too much and lower blood pressure too far. I did this this morning as I was a bit on the high side 151/83. I massaged my thumb for about a minute and it came right down to 127/71. I was pleased. Thank you so much for this.

Hello. Thank you for this video! My question is: I have terrible white coat hypertension.....my BP readings at home are mostly great, however once I know somebody else is taking my BP I stress out and my readings go way up at the doctors office. It's like taking a test....I perseverate about it and cannot help getting stressed out as I enter the doctor's office. Do these pressure points help if I do one of them in the doctor's waiting room? Will it work if I remain pressing one of the points until the moment the doctor/nurse begins taking my pressure?
