Norton was fired from the project as he was forcing the studio in pre and post production way to much and wanted only his ideas to be implemented by ignoring the MCU shared universe. Also he was not very cooperative to the RDJ for future projects.😊

The Norton and mark Ruffalo hulk have been stated to be the same hulk the only reason why it's not the same actor when it was transferred to the MCU was because of creative differences and so they switched the actor but it is still the same hulk from the same universe 😐
