Put it this way: the longer you can go without, the less you wanna tarnish that success by relapsing. Also: ask yourself why you're doing it in the first place. Keep in mind, that there is an industry behind it, and you are their victim. If you give in to it, they hold sway over you. Don't be a slave, be a free man.

Great video - I actually really like the Record vs Streak mindset - that's an amazing way of doing it (gonna do the Fasting as well) Been staying focused - with this in mind, my record is 61 Wins - 3 Losses (Days) since starting NoFap a few months ago (currently on a 39 Day streak - longest I've ever gone tbh) I've noticed that it becomes easier to say No once you truly notice the difference between how much energy you have on a streak vs after a relapse - I'm better socially, I have more energy to get out of bed etc, but after a relapse, it's almost like I need to write the whole next day off to 'recover', not to mention the social anxiety, 'shame & nervousness' that comes along with it. There's definitely been those days when the urges are tough to deal with, but once you get through them, if you held strong, you can channel the energy within you into more productive things for your growth - it's also wild how much time you save from not sifting through videos trying to 'find the right one' - whole journey's been an experience, excited to see what happens at 90 Wins

My method is to set relapse days in advance Start with 7 days when you reach the cross line most of the time you wont even feel the need to relapse but you'll still do it cause it was a head contract, but anyway it will make you feel more in control you set a relapse day and you held on to it , then go with 2 weeks , then one month, then two , or keep it at one month, relapsing will feel like your own choice then you can improve add another month control is the key, at least for me But really we are a generation of internet and the internet is full of sexual content, girls shaking their ass on tik tok, instagram models, comic books web pages, mangas animes, youtube it's really hard not to feel overwelmed.

I agree with this 100% when i was disciplined exercising i used to be able to do the 1 and 0 thing i usually skip atleast on day if i do more good but i tried not to beat myself up about it and i have to mention the biggest problem with this is free time when i have less free time it happens less

I think that's one of the things that helped me. Though I didn't fast, I did compete in bodybuilding and that is denying yourself every single day. None of those delicious foods that you want, while you are still training like a maniac.

Intermittent fasting is one of the very best mind hacks I've ever stumbled upon almost 2 years ago.

I agree 100% with the gateway drug. I deleted Instagram for that reason. As for fasting, it’s bulking season so I can’t not eat 😂🙅🏻♂️
