Three really delicious looking lunches, Katie. I love your simple visual instructions and the final presentation of each dish - very appealing! I made a very easy dish the other night, boiling a packet of egg pasta and at the same time gently frying two sliced Italian sausages (pork); when the pasta was drained, I stirred in a small jar of tomato & ricotta pesto, plus the sausages with a few basil leaves. Sounds almost too simple, but strangely satisfying! (Provided ample for two). Thanks for this cooking video Katie - much appreciated!

Oh my! They look amazing (making me hungry). Definitely going to try them. I often have bagel with cream cheese & smoked salmon or avocado, tomatoes, mixed seeds & chilli flakes. I’m making a Thai beetroot soup today, super easy, I don’t measure anything. -Fry onion in Thai red curry paste. -add veg stock, cooked beetroot & red lentils (lemon grass & ginger if you have it) -removed ginger & lemongrass when lentils are cooked & wizz through blender -add coconut milk & lime juice Also love cauliflower & chickpea soup -roast cauliflower, tin chickpeas and few garlic gloves with cumin & paprika - fry a diced potato in oil & black pepper then add veg stock and simmer -add roasted C&P to pan and blend -add cream

I'm loving the Parma ham one and the chicken and my husband loves the look of the chicken and black bean on so I will let you know what it's like, when we've tried them , you'll have to do more cooking videos and what I ate in a day/ what we ate for tea this week kind of video's because I miss them xx

Looks lovely, totally agree get stuck in a rut! I’ve been having chicken dipper and salad wraps with either balsamic glaze or sweet chilli. I do the same as you though I eat it all the time and then go off it! Xx

I had toasted ciabatta with ham & cheese. My favourite lunch is poached egg with ham, mushrooms & cherry tomatoes if I really hungry I add brown toast 😊😊 xxx

Cougetti fried for a couple of mins with cherry tomatoes, spring onions, pesto or fresh basil, lemon zest/juice then sprinkle on feta& toasted pine nuts is lovely
