Congrats Nikki on your WW journey! I was on it years ago and lost weight. This time I would like to lose weight but mostly keep an eye on what I eat, which is everything I shouldn't. I enjoy your videos and watch them nightly. Keep up the good work and again congrats!

Nikki those are all great ideas & recipes for lunches! One thing that I did, I bought 3 pieces of Polish Pottery, a mug, a small plate & a bowl. I’ve had a lot of stress in my life recently. My best friend of 50 years passed away in Jan. I miss her so so much. I’ve also had a lot of medical & dental problems. The dental things are horribly expensive. Anyway between all of these things I’m having a lot of trouble getting back on track with WW & sticking with it. I happened to see an ad for Polish Pottery & decided to do something nice for myself. After watching this video, I decided these gorgeous dishes will be my breakfast & lunch dishes. I think I may go ahead and get a dinner plate too. I’ll put my meals on these & use them to remind myself to not only treat myself kindly but to also treat my body well & healthier. I didn’t realize that there are 2 sizes of the smaller plates & I got the smallest. So I will keep that for snacks & order the bigger one to use for my lunch. I’ll eventually get a dinner plate too. I think these visual reminders will help me keep me on track. Thanks for sharing your journey & the foods & recipes that helped you achieve your goal. It’s very inspirational!

What about tzatziki sauce it's a Greek yogurt as well often put on gyros and has zero calories as well? Aldi housing in Dill flavored or cucumber I dip my red or orange peppers in it as a snack

Hi Nikki. I love the snack plate that you made 🤤 since I am not a fan of deviled eggs but enjoy egg salad I would use that with the tomatoes. I remember my sister making an egg salad stuffed tomato that you serve cold, it was delicious. Thank you for this video 😊

Maybe you already know this hack but I cut cherry tomatoes quickly by putting 10-12 between 2 deli container lids (the circular ones) and slicing through all at once. It only makes halves but you could quarter them after? I get the clear 8oz and 16oz deli containers (Amazon has em but so does Sam’s Club I think) to refrigerate all of my ingredient prep stuff, similar to the black containers you guys use. They’re dishwasher safe on top rack! Great vid as always, thank you! 🙌😊

Niki I love your channel I’m over weight because I was on some medication that affected my appetite and I already ate big. I was offered ww by my doctor because my insurance covers it. I thought diets not for me I want to learn proportions for all good foods. Then I became pre diabetic and I thought will look up ww and see how it runs. I found your channel. I learned I don’t have to give up normal food. Then Florine mark died and I was watching tv and I had the thought pray to see if she can help me! Between your channel and my prayers I think I may try it!

I want to try the tuna bread cheese chip plate. But how do you make that bread and how do you cook it? I have cut out all carbs like bread pasta rice potatoes. But i have cravings for them. So it’s good to have healthy options on rare occasions

When I make a batch using 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt, 1 1/3 cup flour and 1 tsp baking powder I get 4 pitas! 😊

I'm a first time watcher. I love the way these meals look. Quick question, my WW app says a cup of grapes is 3 points but you are counting them as a zero point food. I live in Canada. Could that explain the difference?

I’m in Canada. I just started this week. Grapes are zero for me. Perhaps you are on the diabetic plan? In that case, they would have points.

I like cauliflower rice but I found some Hearts of Palm at Trader joe, super easy to prepare and it is 0 points. I don't even taste any difference than rice pilaf. I love it!

Nikki, are those Trader Joe’s crackers similar to the Crunchmaster’s? Those are my all time favorite! There’s another channel I watch that makes this kind of lunch most of the time. She calls hers a “Picky Plate” No matter what it’s called, it’s a great idea because it can be put together quickly with items from your fridge or pantry. Thanks for sharing these, I sometimes get in a rut & end up eating the same thing for lunch, weeks on end. I have 1 more comment. I had a shoulder replacement earlier this year & the surgeon recommends to all his patients that 2 weeks prior & 2 weeks after surgery that you get 100 grams of protein per day because it helps with healing. I also used to work in a surgeons office & I heard our nurses giving the patients the same instructions. As for myself, my doctor remarked on how well my incision healed, so I think it’s really good advice to follow.
