I just wish I had length. Other than that I know how to wash and detangle my 4c hair. I have been watching YT since 2006 and I went to cosmetology school 2x so, the knowledge is there.

The learning curve is steep. I’ve been learning my hair for 6 months…it’s crazy it still feels like there’s a lot more to try and I wish I could fast track to length retention and extremely long hair :(

Yes this is true. It definitely takes time but be patient. Just like anything it won’t be forever 😊try to find things that you enjoy/love about your hair even though you’re not at your ideal length yet. It goes a long way. Keep it up 👌🏾
