That's amazing to hear!! I hope You will be able to stay away from it for life. Throughout my entire life, I've seen alcohol ruin so many lives of so many ppl I've cared deeply about. I admit, I've always had an adverse reaction to even the smallest amount of alcohol(I would even dare say I have an allergy to it), so I've never experienced any positives from it. So I am a bit biased. I'm glad I've never gave into peer pressure, and that my body just despises alcohol. My life is hard enough without it, I don't need something to set me back even more than the setbacks I have now.

Super helpful video, Leon! Alcohol truly does hold you hostage. People need to realize that it takes weeks and even months to recalibrate their brains, since alcohol is a neurotoxin that has long-term effects. People get sober for a month and convince themselves that this is what sobriety feels like. You can’t poison yourself for cheap thrills for years and expect to pay that debt in a week or month. Stick with it. You got this! 💪❤

Hi Leon. Through determination I have managed to break the cycle of drinking. I am pleased to say that I am 19 months sober and I feel great. My friends and family can’t believe how determined and resolute I am. Your KZbin channel has really helped.
