I am going to get a laptop for davinci 1080p videos edit like magnets media and colour grading .So, should I go to • MacBook M1 8GB 256gb OR • windows LAPTOP with 16GB 512GB and which system do you use ❤

I would suggest upping the RAM for fusion either way.

8GB ram is too little for Fusion but Resolve is more optimized for macs.

8gb is a No Go for DaVinci Resolve even for macbook M1. 16gb is the bear minimum. 32gb is recommended start for FUSION. 64gb is dolce vita..

Go for a windows laptop, apple is worse in almost all the ways, but the only reason why its populaur is because its apple.
