Thank you for that last bit of information, I just filed a uninsured motorist claim due to someone breaking the law and totaling my car plus breaking some of my bones in the process. I was worried about my insurance making a fuss about paying. Its good to know that they'll pay the limit. I bet most people do not know that they can sue their own insurance if they do not hold up their end of the deal.
