I tried your recipe, but I used a Joseph's Lavish bread sheet cut into 8 pieces, baked on baking sheet for 5+ minutes @400 till lightly brown and crisp. I mixed goat cheese, Texas olive oil, pinch of Redmond's salt, fresh cut basil. Smear on goat cheese, top with blackberries and a few pieces of some crispy pork jowl bacon pieces. My husband loved it! These make great keto appetizers! We have wild dewberries on our acreage. I have 2 bags frozen, now I have a new recipe to use them in.

When I brown the egg white bread, I put it in the air fryer at 345 degrees F for 2-3 minutes. That’s all it needs.

Yum! Blackberries are probably my most favorite fruit. Can't have many, but the flavor is so delicious. I like your three recipes, especially the toasted bread one. I think with the bacon the blackberries would have a terrific flavor. Our blackberry season has passed, but will save this for when I find some frozen blackberries.
