There was a couple of things you said that really resonated as someone like many others do which is avoid and put off tasks. I absolutely love the idea of just sitting with a task. Just being present, not doing but just be. Might it be like just showing up for the gym and since you’re there, you do it? And then even bigger for me is asking your “why”. It’s on my list because it’s important and matters 🤯. Yes! How easily do you think you can incorporate these rituals during the weekdays for someone like me as a teacher that is working from 8:00 to 5:00?

Hi Lisa ... thanks for the great comment! If the rituals resonate with you, and you want to incorporate them as a teacher ... I would start small. What's the easiest and smallest way you can implement even one of the rituals?
