I will make a creamy horseradish mustard and dill sauce that has a mild refreshing taste to counter that wonderfully fatty rib roast. And to round off the sauces with a bit of a kick, I will show you how to make spicy horseradish sauce that is sure to be a real crowd pleaser.

0:15 Roasting Pan:
Handful of Parsley
4 Sprigs of Rosemary
1/2 Onion or 110g
2 Carrots or 150g
2 Celery or 113g
4 Cloves of Garlic

1/2 cup or 125ml Red Wine

1 tbsp or 15ml Worcestershire Sauce
Makes 1.5 cups or 375ml
2:54 Creamy Horseradish Sauce with Mustard and Dill Ingredients:
1/2 cup or 125ml Mayonnaise
1 cup or 250ml Sour Cream
3 tbsp Prepared Horseradish
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 Sprigs of Fresh Dill
2 tsp White Wine Vinegar
1/4 tsp Salt
5:09 Spicy Horseradish Sauce Ingredients:
3/4 cup or 188ml Sour Cream
2 tbsp or 30ml Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Freshly Ground Horseradish
Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp White Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp Green Onion Chopped (green part of the onion)
Dash of Salt and Black Pepper

What an very well made video. Very simple but also great flavors and you know what you're doing. I'm nowhere near a chef or even a home cook, wife does 90% of the cooking, but I cooked our rib roast this easter and the ONE tip I can actually give to you is, season waaay more. Don't worry about over seasoning. I thought I way over seasoned my roast but it actually turned out perfect and if anything, I'd actually add a little more salt than I did. And trust me I was more than generous with it. So don't be afraid to really cover it with seasoning. All I used was garlic powder, salt and pepper.

All 3 are great complements to the beef roast, and will likely appeal to a variety of palates at the holiday table; the first for kids and those less heat tolerant, the second for those with more aggressive tastes, and the third for those that prefer a deep savory profile. Good job.

Good luck finding a rib roast. Haven't seen one in years. Where we shop, there's only a few cuts of roast left. Most everything is pork roast and cuts now. The meat section of the store has actually been reduced in size with other items added to fill the space.

The problem is there’s never enough gravy (jüś) for the portion of meat (4-6 people). There’s literally no video on yt of someone making at least ONE WHOLE LITRE of rich beef gravy from drippings. It’s virtually impossible I feel
