I just recently discovered bbq chicken/pork on a sweet potato and it’s delicious!!! So good! The chicken salad looks so good. I don’t eat cottage cheese because of the texture, it weirds me out. But I’ve seen so many people blending it like this for different recipes. I may have to give it a try

Oh I love the bbq with a sweet potato too! I would definitely give the blended cottage cheese a try because it completely changes the texture and it just gets really creamy!
