Yum 😋 Rice soup looks interesting. We Indians use rice a lot for variety of dishes but never in a soup! This is totally new to me. 😀 The chickpeas and Pilav looks familiar. We have a popular dish called Channa pulao which looks quite similar to the one made in this video. Tesekkurler 👍🏾

Türk dili gerçekten güzel gëliyor (I’m not sure if this is correct but what I mean is “Turkish sounds beautiful indeed) 🙂 ... I really like the way the words seem to flow and there is a unique elegance in the way it’s spoken as well. Among the Turkic languages, Uyghur appeals to me the most but Turkish is quite beautiful too. I wonder if it’s possible to make Turkish Delight which isn’t so sweet. I really like it but it seems unhealthy because of how sweet it is hehe. Do you know of any way to make it healthier? Or is it actually healthy even though it’s very sweet? I also really like gözleme (chedar and spinach is one of my favourites, if I remember what I bought correctly). Maybe you can also teach us how to make these.
