ah the food at 5:23, the rice pudding, I like it! It was too sweet for my usual food, but it's certainly delicious. Too bad I only got one chance to eat it when visiting Turkey last year. However, my favorite food there is the bread+some kind of soup... yummy... I even took my family's portion because I really like it XD

There are places which rice pudding is made with delicious milk (probably water buffalo milk). Those taste less sweet, so I advice you to find a place like that. Or just go to the place where we mention in the video! Can you describe the soup a little more?

Thank you for showing us the beautiful city of Istanbul. Turkish pilaf looks really different from Indian pilaf. Here we call it pulao. I must try all the food and sweets when i visit Turkey. Tesekkurler for the video. 👍🏾

@@EasyTurkish Well, there are many varieties of Pilaf depending on the place you visit in India. In general, Indian pilaf has lots of spices, vegetables and meat all mixed together to make a dish along with a dash of saffron. The rice should be dark and a little greasy after all the mixing of items. Indian Pilaf always comes with yoghurt called raitha as a side dish. Please do visit India, I'll be happy to host you anytime and can show you around and you can try all kinds of food. But can you handle spicy food? ;-)

The same thing that happened to me with Catalan is now happening to me with Turkish. I’m falling down a bottomless pit of loving Turkish, and it will get to the point that I will be so “obsessed” with learning it that I will eventually move to Turkey! Such an amazing and beautiful language. I just wish Turkey wasn’t so conservative! But that’s life and life is beautiful in all its expressions.
