I’ve used home advisor for the past two years to fill in empty space In The schedules. Very simple and time efficient to use. However it is pricey. But you pay a one time lead fee for a lifetime customer. I close 85% of my leads. You gotta find what works for you and your company.

He has given prices for stores etc in older videos, If you don't get an answer check them out if he does still check out the older videos they are heavily focused on beginning a new business . Places like this are real cheap that is why you see them doing them. What dollar amount do you need for it to be worth it to you? I do floor waxing /stripping. Every year I look at my past year expenses ( everything that I spend money on, including my personal and fun money ) I record ALL my expenses for each individual job ( chemicals labor etc i.e. all the costs that vary per job ) then I count all my service calls. I take the first one above ( my fixed costs) and divide this by my number of service calls which gives me an amount of money I need on every job to cover fix costs I then add the second number ( my variable costs i.e some jobs are larger than others ) this with my percent of profit ( my retirement money ) all added together is what I need.

I'm curious to know why you continue to split your time between two separate businesses? Wouldn't it make better sense to focus all your effort on landscaping? Go for the bigger jobs? Invest in equipment to position yourself to take on the bigger jobs?

Either have capital or work ya ass off, no instant fix 4 year apprenticeship 3 odd years learning and getting into or balancing debt all of sudden it all comes together one year of fixing it up 4 years done all earnt feel ontop of the world and onto growth and happiness lol symbols once the inner hero accomplish the grand challenge things change 🤔

Im guessing you have never used one, so here is a heads up. The lead comes in details filled out so before you bid on the lead you get to qualify it. The location, size, time frame client want job done in, if they want a regular service, commercial or residential, your not paying per click, they chase up reviews and feed back, affiliate your web site improving seo, and many more things one last one if you have a couple they are a great indicator of markets
