Hi i have a question. I'm 21 and i have a receded hairline probaply around a norwood 2. Pretty much every single male on my mom's side has severe recession or is completely bald. I really want to keep my hair and preferably even restore my hairline with a transplant. I'm starting finasteride soon after i get my bloodwork done. Do you think it would be an okay idea to wait 2 years on finasteride to see if my recession stopped and then get a hairtransplant for a perfect hairline? Or maybe even with dutasteride if that is a better idea?

there is some asymetry in his hairline which gives a natural look but at the same time, it looks a bit too perfect. And you can definitely see some ''pluginess'', i.e. lack of density in the front coupled with multihair grafts. His point about lighting makes sense though, his hairline looks better from the photo taken under the table compared to his room where the harsh light exposes the truth.
