Thank you again, I am practicing some of your excersises, for about 1/2 of year first time yesterday I had no pain in the evening while going down the street.

this Worked for my rotator cuff - was in bad condition - shoulder got better - did take 2 weeks to start getting better - few months was Much better - Start off with low resistance it a Lot harder than it looks - watched earlier shoulder video showing this - Thanks Guys

Adding the table stabilizes and allows for more control and better form. May I suggest using an ironing board as it has multiple levels of height. Great video again. Thanks.

Hey sirs, I'd love your thoughts on how my shoulder developed a tendinitis from throwing curveballs incorrectly. Now, after 10 years of not throwing, my shoulder has slowly been deteriorating further. It feels like my tendons are ripping sometimes. Is there a way to treat my shoulder without costly surgical intervention??

I have a bit of pain/discomfort on my shoulder is like under my arm and i can feel like a ligament to my elbow..when i throw really hard i get a tingling sensation

Theirs a lot clicking when I do these exercises. Should I be worried? I thought it was arthritis setting in from sleeping wrong.

Man this is the one time I'm gonna not follow this. I did internal rotation stuff and completely messed up a lot of the progress I had been doing in my shoulder rehab. The thing that has been helping me is hanging from a bar

Hi sir whenever I through a cricket ball or a stone my shoulder comes down and then it pains I have to put that up it has shown this behaviour 6 times in 4 years also I am perfectly able to do bowling and even gym only it's throwing a ball help me for that please

You certainly did help me. Followed through with the instructions. Also had help from collagen and good hydration. Now my right shoulder is back and fully functional. Going to make sure I don’t neglect the minor muscle groups. Every link in the chain counts!

No, they should feel relaxing or gentle stretch, if painful--Stop them. Brad

Does ice or heat help also??

Don;t hurt. Use ice if onset of pain was in the last 24-48 hours. good luck. Bob

Good because I’ve been playing volleyball for the past 3 days and I went to a team and I played and I was hitting it I was playing the best I played ever but today I woke up with the worst f**king shoulder pain EVER and in the neck
