I had a seizure from a brain tumor. Two days later, I ended up having brain surgery to remove. I recovered from that, but I ended up having significant pain in both shoulders I'm presuming that was caused by the seizure. After going through physical therapy with little improvement, I was ready to have shoulder impingement surgery as a last resort. While googling videos about the surgery I stumbled on your videos and tried them out. You guys were a godsend! NO SURGERY REQUIRED! Thank you!

After suffering for over a year with pain in the shoulder pain I decided to watch this video. After trying the first exercise for a few reps I could raise my arm up with absolutely no pain. Unbelievable! 😊 Thank s gentleman.

Thank you so much, in March I had a roller skating accident and injured my rotary cuff. My first mistake was going to a care center clinic, they wanted to give me medication for pain & if that didn't work, the injections was next. Then gave me a piece of paper for exercise to do, I had no clue what the paper instructed. I never got any physical therapy, no arm swing or how to sleep during the night. Thankfully I did my own research, and found youtube doctors like you guys. I also use a ice compression and arm exercises, it starting to feel so much better.

Well, Bob and Brad, your fame has reached as far as the UK. I recently viewed this KZbin video and decided to see if your advice has merit. After just over a week using the exercises I have to tell you how grateful I am for tuning in. I developed pain in my left shoulder. I thought " well it's part of getting older ". When my right shoulder started hurting. I was sure of it. But watching and doing just the shoulder squeeze . The pain disappeared. Thank you, thank you Bob and Brad 🙂

I injured myself on Chest/Tricep day, my right tricep were swollen and my right shoulder blade was in pain. A couple days go by I’m finally able to stand and walk but the pain worsens when I sit especially when driving. I also noted that the pain would travel down my arm from my body. I applied the tricep rubbing method in another video and then suspecting also a shoulder injury I used every method I could in this video. Lo and behold my shoulder began feeling better. You guys are amazing

I just wanted to let you know that I suffered with right shoulder pain for approx.. two years. I tried you advice to do hangs from a bar and after approx. 3 weeks I had very little pain and today I am pain free. I can't thank you enough well done.

4:05 I sort of do that when doing bent over rowing with dumbbells. Great way to strengthen the back muscles and fix your posture. I also do 5:19. Yes I have a bad rotator cuff in my right shoulder. I also do ghe belt and hanging bar thing. What also works is unscrew a wooden broom stick and while standing with both arms in front bend at 90* as if you have ski poles, place one end of the pole in the palm of the hand of the bad shoulder and with the other hand push the pole towards the open palm as far as you can go and hold for a 5 sec and repeat. Another is if you have a weight or those rubber molded dumbbells my wife uses, lay on your side with the bad shoulder facing up, then with your arm in a natural bend position with your fingers touching the ground, grab the dumbbell and rotate it using only your lower arm without lifting the shoulder.

About a year ago, I started having pain in my left shoulder. Being in my mid-50's, it looked like I was going to have to give up exercising with gymnastic rings for good. First ring dips were too painful, then ring pushups, then even the static support hold. I could still do the "pull" exercises like body rows and inverted pull-ups, but that was about it. After a couple months of hanging several times per day for 30 seconds, range-of-motion increased and pain subsided to the point where I could once again start working with the rings. The numbers of reps had obviously dropped from where they were a year earlier, but they have been steadily increasing and three months after starting to hang, I'm just about back to my previous level of fitness. I can't say enough about this method and will continue to follow it from now on, so as to maintain shoulder health and mobility.

I’ve been suffering from right shoulder pain for about 2 years I’ve gotten shots and no relief I did the first demonstration you did in this video for about 10 minutes I can’t tell you how much it helped I’m not in extreme pain anymore. I honestly did 3 out of the 5 exercises you guys suggested and my shoulder popped and now it feels great. It was in pain as I was bench pressing yesterday and my left shoulder was killing me...pinching like hell. I was honestly looking at surgery as well. The one that did the trick for me was putting my hand on the chair and squatting down...my shoulder stretched and popped right back into place. Thank you to you both!

A therapist told me to set my car seat closer to the steering wheel, so when I'm driving, I keep my shoulders on backward position, like they're suggesting on this video. It helped me tremendously, and I don't drive a lot.

these guys are so awesome. I like that they are very different in style of presenting or instructing, but they combine to cover all the angles and are extremely complementary. Also, they jump right into each exercise and the purpose for each, without first explaining all about anatomy and theory before getting to the meat of the solution. I like that. I hat watching a 5 minute video, to get what I learn from these two in 30 seconds. They also blanket the topic with lots of alternatives, because everyone has pain, but in different ways. They are very thoughtful to give you choices to allow each person to find solutions while avoiding unneccessary pain. Awesome.

Just found you guys two days ago. Left shoulder really painful especially at night in bed. I tried a few exercises. Shoulder feeling much better. I’m able to sleep on my left side a lot longer now with little or no pain. I’ll keep at it. Thanks a bunch!!

Nicely done gents. I've been working out and the shoulder pain limits my ability to lift heavy. Dumbell shoulder press limited to 40lbs each arm used to be 50 to 60 lbs. I do stretch and these will help greatly.

I have had neck pain all my life. Learned the chin tuck and some other exercises from y’all. Thing is to prevent my neck pain I have to sleep on my left side. Now I have had a horrible pain in my left shoulder. This video explained it perfectly and I already have some upwards motion back in my left arm after only 2 days of exercise. Thanks for the help!

Eat fruits and vegetables helps. Drink lemon ginger honey tea it will cure fast. Praise of god daily then souls connect with love and coprate in life.

Almost one year with pain and things getting worse. Excruciating pain! Thank you for these! I pray they can help. I fell and jammed both arms...but months later the right shoulder cracked (not popped) and dropped me to the floor.

This was the video that got me started with Brad and Bob. My left shoulder was so stiff and sore it hurt to apply roll on deodorant to my right arm. Covid had me stuck at home with KZbin and not much else. With not much hope I thought I'd see if there were any remedies on the internet. Enter Brad and Bob. Within a few weeks of doing what they said I was 50 percent better. A month later I was 95 percent better. I've been sold ever since and have recommended these videos to so many people since then. Now when I have a problem these guys are one of my first places I go for insights and solutions. Thank you both, Brad and Bob from the bottom of my heart!

One month ago I fell from my bike, sliping in muddy road, and landed on left shoulder.. I had not gone to hospital for treatment. By my own treatment, now, I can do my daily routine with some pain on that shoulder. This excercices will give me some cure to the pain, I believe.

I already had shoulder pain, then while I was walking, my shoe laces got stuck together and I went face down, catching my self with knees and straight arms. Really aggravated my right shoulder. These exercises seem to be giving me relief. Thank you.

The exercise at 4:20 is “the poor mans surgery” I was THIS CLOSE 🤏🏾 of scheduling a visit with my doctor because of the pain, which I’ve been experiencing in my right shoulder for about three years now because of weight training. It had gotten to the point that even “the sports creams” wasn’t all that effective anymore.. but after two weeks of performing this exercise I’m able to work out with 225 again on the barbell incline bench press, and 85 pounds dumbbells incline press... and I’ll be 60 yrs old next April. 👌🏾

Great feature! I am using your exercises to assist with my severe shoulder pain. May I suggest better microphones? The distortion is so distracting! Listen to one any episode and you will understand.
