I make a lot of videos on R and Rmarkdown, one thing that keeps me coming back is the ease of visualizations with ggplot2, shiny, and flexdashboard and how easy it is to make beautiful analytical output without even knowing lots of stats

Hi Bryan, KZbin is a wonderful place because of channel like yours! Could you share a few video with us that works well for R beginners (Biostatistics and small dataset)?

R was so confusing for me in grad school so I stuck with GraphPad Prism for data analysis. At some point, I should learn this. Thank you Vera!

I've never used GraphPad Prism but I have heard about it from another Biomed person. Does your lab need to pay for it? I agree, R is quite confusing without first knowing the programming basics. Often Biologists have too little time to learn R properly and loose so much time trying to remember the stat procedures. That's why I wish someone has taught me these documentation tips. The encouraging side though, is that R is open source and free and the data analysis methods are transferable wherever you work in (it's great for postdocs who need to change University affiliations once every few years)
