Im still not good at writing papers or doing literature review after my postdoc (unemployed now) I might be getting a tenure track offer. Help! I still feel insanely incompetent! And I don't know if it is impostor syndrome!.

It's a common feeling, Dr. Merlot. I suggest staying connected with other postdocs, and if you don't have many connections, there is a Linkedin group "The Grad Grid" that is great to feel more informed. Remember there are many career options. Let me first you will get the tenure-track offer, and try to have mentors in the role!
