5200SQFT construction of 3 story (15600 SQFT) building, GF 2300SQFT is for Car parking, Do we need the Plinth beam (12" * 18" ) to Connect all the Columns in the car parking as well ? Since there is no Wall but only PCC flooring.

My house was built by may neighbor carpeter ang its 3 storey . The colum size is 20 by 30 with 6 16 steel bar. The column distance is 3m and 2.25 meters on the other side.. sir is it okay..?

That means The steel will have 240mmx240mm if we using 30mm cover.Then For Class M20 Concrete The mix is 1:2:4 and Not 1:1.5:3 as opposed thats for Class 25 Concrete

18 feet distance column size required 12"/12" and beam size required for is code 16 inches beam size for 16 feet columns distance, and 18 inches beam size for 18 feet column distance.
