Great points Ben. Regarding the 3rd point: Can’t you just duplicate “small budget adsets” without increasing the budget? (i.e 10 adsets of 15£ each)
@nathanielgraham212 жыл бұрын
On point 1: What would you say to those who run big marketing campaigns who say volume is more important, that FB is optimising that way because it’s the most scalable ad set, and that if you turn them off the cheaper cost per conversion/lead ad will eventually just become more expensive? Doesn’t audience size play a role?
@BenHeath2 жыл бұрын
Simple answer - test it :)
@theseviolentdelightz2 жыл бұрын
This is exactly the case. 5x More volume justifies the 25% increase in CPL. When you scale, it shows it to less ideal prospects the wider the net you cast. Getting 500%+ more leads and the CPL only increases by 25% is a huge success.

thanks ben, yes ads creative differentiated beginner advertiser vs elite, from past 2 month I have changed so many thing , bring back deleted campaign increased budget , watched tons of your video again n again to tune up audience , the result weren't even 50% close to my previous ROAS only cause I wasn't looking into ads creative, I went and copied competitors ads and began advertiser but sales weren't coming through , in 2 year of advertising first time my sale didn't even match the money i spend on ads. and recently had a meeting through google meet with a ads agency and i didn't even knew i though that too spending more will get more result, didn't calculated CPR will shoot up with my ROAS doing down. with all fairness thank for the quick video

Hi Ben, thanks for the video. A few quick questions: I'm running one adset with three ads. Ad 1 is getting the best results by FAR, but Facebook spends way more (over 10x more) on ad 2, which has 4x higher CPA than ad 1. It seems to have gave up spending on ad 3, which is fine since it didn't get good results. I stopped running ads 2 and 3. Why doesn't it detect that ad 1 gets better results, and why doesn't it spends more on that ad instead of the worse performing ones? What's the best practice in this case?

Hi Ben, Please advise is these will apply to the Omnisend strategy? If I pause a particular ad-set on an Omnisend strategy, will this not interfere with the "structure" of the Omnisend strategy (10 Adsets) & the efficacy of the Omnisend Campaign? As we are cycling the ad-sets so clients get the 2 diff ads per day. But if we pause an ad-set, will that not interfere with the frequency prospects see the variation of ads in the Omnisend Campaign.

Hi Ben, your channel is great. Can you help me in the following question? Is there a way to select an interest that ocurred, for instance, in the last 3 months? Imagine that I want to target someone who is buying a car. If the interest was revealed a year ago, probably he had that interested, but not anymore, because he should have bought it at the present time. So, can I target someone who wants to buy a car and that interest was revealed in the last three months? Regards

Hello Ben. I am running lead generation campaign and I have an estimated audience size about 200k. When I exclude custom audience (everyone who signed up with the instant form) it takes away the estimates. Should I be concerned about that?

I’m assuming as you increase the ad budget the diminishing returns in cost per lead become more exaggerated if your running these for local business around a 15-30 mile radius compared to a nation wide campaign?

Yes that's right Brian - the smaller the audience size, the more exaggerated that effect is usually.

BEN! Love your KZbin Videos! Question about your page-likes tutorial. This worked great for one client's page I control in business manager. But, when I tried it for second client, using the same "worldwide" audience, it's not as fruitful. Am I doing something wrong or is this normal, and things may pick up? Thank you for all your hard-work.

Hi Ben, I do facebook + instagram advertising mainly for companies that run music events and festivals across the UK, we are mainly directing them to a web page from our ads, where they can purchase tickets, would you prioritise campaigns using the traffic or conversion objective in this case?

Hi Ben, love your channel! Question, instead of scaling 1 ad campaign, could you just create 2 and split the scaling budget allocation? In other words, instead of increasing ad campaign 1 from $25 to $50 Could you create a duplicate campaign(2) and run both at $25 a piece and get the benefits without the diminishing returns from scaling just 1? Thanks and appreciate all your content!

Thanks. The cost per result metric is the most important in order to compare the ad sets. Nevertheless I would like to know when you start to consider it a reliable result (as for me, I'm used to considering it reliable when the number of active users per ad set is above 100 visitors).
@BenHeath2 жыл бұрын
I would normally use a 10+ conversion mark to start with - but it all depends on the discrepancy between various elements. If one is way outperforming another then you can make a call on it earlier than if results are close.

Ben you contradicted yourself with point 1 and point 3, and you know it! I normally think your content is golden, but this video was pretty bad advice. If you are getting 5x more volume of leads (800 vs 175 in the video) and your cost per lead only increases by 25%, that ad set is actually performing extremely well.

Hi Zeina, you want to do the exact same thing. Facebook treats them fairly interchangeably which is why you'll see follower numbers very close to like numbers.
