I went in June! It was a fab time to go. We booked our flights from Istanbul to Cappadocia in advance. Just google flights between the two🥰. Pretty sure we ended up booking through Turkish airlines and it was quite cheap!

certain banks allow free withdrawals. do your research to save money

This is true, but they are only in some of the cities/villages and if you don’t have a car (like we didn’t) you won’t be able to get to them. We stayed at Hera Cave Suites and there were no banks that allowed withdrawals for free within walkable distance. The only machines nearby charged HEFTY fees. It is best to just come prepared and not have to deal with getting money out when you are there

I take a lot of my own content with a tripod or have a friend help who I in return I take content for too. No men involved and its much better that way 😉

Why would you exchange physical money like it's 1990, just use an ATM. They're literally everywhere and you can withdraw in euro as well..

Depending on where you’re staying in Cappadocia there may not be a bank nearby and the ATM’s charge an astronomical amount of $$ to take out cash. It was absurd how much they charged. I highly recommend coming prepared with your cash already on hand
