What is your strong suite in sprinting; your accel/start, velocity, speed endurance? How long have you been training?

@sev9258 I've been training for a while now, just short of 2 years. I really have no strong elements except my acceleration

Just as a fundamental understand that your goal should go first , so once your warmup whatever your hardest hitting accel or max velocity exercise paring is should be coming first, everything else afterwards should develop supplemental qualities to the main accel or max velocity sprinting, same idea in the weight room
